The Crochet Christmas Holiday Hearts Throw blanket is a unique shaped granny square. The interior is a heart shape that is floating within.
I was heavily inspired by this blanket to change up a few things for my own styling purposes. I will share more about those changes in a tutorial. I will be creating a mini worksheet to help count the stitches easier as it’s a heart shape converting to a square granny eventually. It’s not very hard, you just have to pay attention.

I am from Australia and I am wondering if any instruction details are done differently. I was told many years ago that some things were or are called different names in US instructions to Australian.
I’m really not sure to be honest with you. Being Canadian, we were following the British System but before The Crochet Crowd in 2008, it had already switched here in Canada to use the USA Terms as we now call the North American Terms. I don’t know the answer to your question. I’m sorry.
