Crochet Mighty Ridge Afghan

Introducing a wonderful new project by Yarnspirations for you to enjoy, the Mighty Ridge Crochet Afghan.

This beautiful geometric afghan features easy to do mitered squares using Bernat Maker Home Dec Yarn.  Crochet 30 squares using one colour for a solid piece or play with colours to create your own personalized design.  Also, you and easily adjust the size of the finished blanket by adding more or fewer squares.

Follow the instructions for the sewing of the mitres together to make this blanket. It does look lovely when completed.

Snowed In Lookbook

This project was featured in Yarnspirations Lookbook called Snowed In. A fabulous array of projects to make those wintery months feel so much cozier.

Ranging from home decor and comfy afghans to curl up underneath. An array of projects for crocheters and knitters to enjoy.

My favourite projects in this book are the Mighty Miter Afghan, Wave Ridge Blanket and what I think is going to be most popular the Blanket Cardigan. I think crocheters are going to fall in love with that particular project the most.

Check out this Lookbook here and dive into a snow day full force with your yarn and tool of choice.

Mikey can I use a less expensive yarn for the mighty ridge Afghan? If so what would you recommend? Thanks

Hi Karen, Use the appropriate hook for the yarn you are using. Take note that the outcome of the size will be different. ~LJ

I would like to see the Tutorial of the Afghan’s that are made similar to the C2C Afghan’s but done in straight lines. I am trying to make a Flag Afghan for my Son and I can’t get it right at the ends so it is Square.
