Understanding the German Website
Start here on Julia’s Ravelry to begin. The free link is on the Ravelry Main Page for this project. Click that and go to Woolpedia where the pattern is.
The website’s first language is in German. A pop-up window will appear. Don’t let that frighten you, I’ve run it through the translator program to see what it’s saying. It’s safe.

Check to see who the designer is and then google it. She may have created a website where this pattern is. I’m unsure if she is hosting a separate website as websites cost her additional money to run for this free pattern to give out. I do understand why you don’t want to use Ravelry. Best wishes.
